General drilling and milling may not require a high-precision grade when the holder and tool condition are adequate.
When high precision matters
Finishing, reaming, small tools and tight tolerance work may justify a confirmed high-precision collet grade.
Quote requirement
Define the runout tolerance, gauge distance and inspection method instead of only requesting "high precision".
