Precision grinding
Collet bores, tapers and contact surfaces require controlled grinding and inspection. Exact machine process data should be confirmed by Yuanchen.
Heat treatment
Heat treatment requirements should be matched to material grade and spring performance expectations for each product family.
Material selection
Material grade is not confirmed in this repository and should be specified or approved before production.
Dimensional inspection
Dimensional checks, runout inspection, hardness testing and surface inspection can be agreed as part of the purchase specification.
Batch production and packaging
Distributor and OEM orders can include batch production planning, packaging requirements and export support.
